The price includes lodging, food, activities, camp t-shirt, and instruction for the week. Our camps are Monday-Friday.
It's a lot of seat time during the week and each Rider walks away a faster rider, safer rider, and walk away with friends and memories from the whole camp experience.
The Riders are dropped off/arrive on Monday morning between 10:00 a.m. and noon. Riders are picked up/leave on Friday after the closing ceremony.
Our Riders are divided up by age and skill level and stay with their teams, team leader, and team assistant for the week. We have pro riders and trainers who provide riding stations and the teams go to the stations to practice the skills.
After a long day of riding and instruction, the Riders enjoy camp activities like swimming, kick ball, 9-square, etc. Each night after dinner we have a chapel service. The Riders stay in cabins and provided great meals provided by our kitchen staff. It's a lot of seat time during the week and each Rider walks away a faster rider, safer rider, and walk away with friends and memories from the whole camp experience.
First thing would be making sure your beliefs match our Christian beliefs. We are a Christian organization and believe our volunteers should align with our Christian beliefs. Don't worry...we are not looking for individuals who can recite books of the Bible!
To begin the interviewing process, complete the Volunteer Request Form below. A Fuel Staff Member will then reach out to you. If you do not hear from someone within 48 hours, please give us at call just in case your request was not received.
After speaking to a Fuel Ministry staff member and verifying we have a volunteer position available, we would need you to register for a Camp Volunteer Ticket. A link would then be provided to you to register.
After registering, we will need you to complete a background check. The link to complete the background check will be provided.
Next thing you need to do is pack your bags and be prepared for a fun-filled, exhausting week!
An extensive list will be included in your confirmation email after you complete your camp registration. You can also find the list under What to Bring section below.
We no longer have Guardian tickets available. Some of the Camps have allowed Guardian Tickets in the past, but due to the sizes of the Camps (we have been selling out for the past few years now), we are not able to accommodate for Guardian Tickets moving forward. If a guardian is interested in volunteering at a Camp, please go to the Volunteer tab for additional information on how to become a Camp Volunteer.
Visit our Camp FAQ page for additional information.
