Ama membership & waiver
WHY AMA MEMBERSHIP & WAIVER?
The only additional cost to registering for Fuel Camp is AMA Membership. We require all of our Riders to have a valid AMA Membership and Minor Waiver when arriving for Camp. The cost is $30 IF YOU DO NOT HAVE A CURRENT AMA CARD. The AMA Membership is for insurance purposes.
AMA ONLINE OPTION OR IN-PERSON OPTION:
If you do not have a current AMA Membership you can either:
Sign up online through the AMA Fuel Ministry Affiliate link below...
OR
we will have AMA paperwork for you to fill out on the first day of camp where you can Renew, Join, or Purchase a One Event Pass. Please have cash, check, or you can write down your credit card information on the AMA paperwork where AMA will charge your card at a later date.
One Event Pass (membership only applicable to one event/camp) $30.00
Other AMA Membership Options:
1-Year Membership (includes no-cost roadside assistance)
3-Year Membership (includes no-cost roadside assistance)
Youth Membership (available to youth 11 and under)
ONLINE OPTION FOR AMA CARD:
Online Instructions to purchase an AMA Membership or One Event Pass:
1. Click on Fuel Ministry’s AMA Affiliate Code Link below.
2. Enter the actual participant’s name and info who purchased a RIDER TICKET and will be attending the Fuel Camp
3. For Event Date, enter first day of Camp
4. For Event Name, enter the Camp’s name and location
5. After completing the info and paying online, you will receive an email with your AMA membership number for the One Event Pass
6. Please bring your AMA One Event Pass member number with you to camp for when you sign in on the first day of Camp
